Litely Sweeten Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices lite oat bread or diet bread
1 1/2 c. nonfat skim milk
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. fresh chopped pear
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Soak the bread with milk and pineapple with juice.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Set aside.
Add liquid sweetener, eggs and vanilla to mixture.
Mix well, then add all dry ingredients and mix again well.
Spray an 8-inch square pan with nonstick spray. Pour mixture in pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until inserted cake tester comes out clean when testing.
