Souped-Up Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small onion, minced
    1 can Campbell's condensed vegetable soup (the red and white label kind)
    8 to 10 saltine crackers, smashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. Spray a glass or metal loaf pan (standard size) with nonstick cooking spray. Next in a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together, except the ketchup. Mix until well blended. Shape into a loaf and place in the loaf pan. Spread the ketchup on the top. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 50 to 55 minutes. Check for doneness.
