Deep Dish Biscuit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    2 oz. can undrained mushrooms
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    refrigerated country biscuits
    1 tomato, sliced
    4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Stir in tomato paste, mushrooms, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Simmer all these ingredients.
    Press refrigerated country biscuits into greased 9-inch pie pan to form crust.
    Spoon mixture into crust. Slice 1 tomato and arrange it atop this pie.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown.
