Jeanne Bolar'S Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars artichoke hearts, marinated
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 eggs
    6 saltine crackers
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. parsley (dried or fresh)
Preparation
    Drain juice from jar of artichoke hearts.
    In a small pan, add onions and garlic; brown.
    Add following to a bowl:
    eggs (beaten) and chopped parsley; stuff in pan.
    Mix altogether; put in buttered 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
