Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    To make starter:
    Mix ingredients in a glass jar or container. Cover loosely and let stand 24 hours at room temperature.
    Put in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
    On the fourth day, feed it with 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons potato flakes and 1 cup warm water.
    Stir and keep at room temperature 24 hours.
    One cup of starter is used to make the bread.
    Store remaining starter in the refrigerator until the next feeding.
