Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. rolled roast (rump or tip)
    water
    8 medium potatoes
    8 large carrots
Preparation
    Brown roast in large roasting pan on top of stove.
    Add water. Fill so bottom of pan and roast is immersed in 1/2-inch water. Clean potatoes.
    (Do not remove skins.) Place potatoes in bottom of pan and on top of roast.
    Clean and peel carrots.
    Cut carrots in half lengthwise and add to top of roast and potatoes.
    Cover. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Delicious even without seasonings. Serves 6 or more.
