Veggie Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. red or green pepper
1/2 c. finely diced carrots
1 lb. lean ground beef or venison
1 1/2 c. bread or 3 slices
1 egg white or whole egg
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. beef soup mix
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. hot pepper
Preparation

Mix in large bowl first 5 ingredients.
Add ground meat and next 9 ingredients.
Combine well but do not over mix.
Transfer mix to an oiled Dutch oven or casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Allow to stand 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
Leftovers make great sandwiches.
