Baked Mullet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large mullet, cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces
    Hawaiian salt
    2 blocks butter, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Mirin
    4 Tbsp. shoyu
    sesame seed
    green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt in a roasting
    pan.
    Pour sauce made with remaining ingredients over fish.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turning and basting a few times.
