Turkey Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. turkey, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
dry bread
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook turkey and onion in about 1 1/2 cups water.
Add potatoes, salt and pepper.
When potatoes are done, add bread. Cook 5 minutes longer, then serve.
