Sausage And Pepper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage
4 green peppers
2 large onions
1 large jar Ragu sauce
1/2 stick butter or margarine
Preparation

Poke sausage with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Saute peppers and onions; add sauce.
Simmer for 20 minutes.
When sausage is done, cut into bite size.
Drain grease from pan.
Add sausage, peppers, onions and sauce.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes.
