Old Fashion Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. sweet cream
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground cardamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar and mix well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Roll thin, cut in diamond shape (4 x 4-inches or 5 x 5-inches).
    Cut a 1-inch slit below one point and slip the opposite point through it.
    Fry in deep fat at 370\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
