Sweet 'N Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
1 c. water
1 chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. salt
20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Cut tenderloin into strips; brown in hot oil.
Add water, bouillon and salt.
Cover and simmer 1 hour.
