Simply Elegant Steak And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions, cut in 1/2-inch slices and separated into rings
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. dry sherry (optional)
    3 c. cooked rice (your choice)
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips (best when frozen).
    Brown in oil. Add onions. Saute until tender.
    Blend remaining ingredients, except rice, and add to steak.
    Add 1 can of mushrooms, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4 to 6.
