Southern Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1 large grated carrot
    1 large onion, grated
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 lb. herb dressing
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and dice zucchini; boil 10 minutes or until tender.
    Mix onion, carrot, soup and sour cream; add drained zucchini to mixture.
    Make stuffing with butter and water.
    Line casserole with stuffing mix; add zucchini mixture and put the rest of the stuffing mixture over the top.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes covered and 40 minutes uncovered at 350\u00b0.
