Sour Cream Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Blue cheese
1 onion (juice only)
1/8 c. parsley, dried
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Remove water from sour cream by letting it stand awhile.
Add Blue cheese to sour cream and mash until cheese is dissolved.
Add juice of 1 onion.
Add parsley and salt.
Store in refrigerator in covered jar.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
