Vegetable Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cold water
    pinch of ginger
    vegetables, thoroughly dried
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add water.
    Stir in ginger.
    Dip vegetables in batter; drain and fry in deep oil.
    Use chunks of broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, celery and mushrooms.
    Drain on paper towels.
