Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    your selection of vegetables (ex. onion, green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and cucumbers), cut up
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in medium-size bowl. Prepare vegetables and place in large bowl.
    Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
