Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned and cut into pieces
    2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1/2 box (55 crackers) Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and soup; add chicken.
    Melt margarine, add crackers and poppy seed.
    Layer cracker mixture and chicken mixture in casserole, beginning and ending with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
