7 Layer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, shredded
    1 bag fresh spinach
    1 box frozen small peas (do not cook)
    1 sliced red onion
    1/2 c. mayo (add to 1 Tbsp. sugar)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Layer in order, beginning with lettuce, in a glass bowl. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
