Firehouse Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle fat-free Catalina salad dressing
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Combine dressing, soup and preserves.
    Coat breast with mixture and marinate 4 hours in 9 x 13-inch baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray (Pam does well).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered; then 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
