Sugared Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Add pecans.
Mix remaining ingredients and toss with pecans.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for an hour.
Stir occasionally.
