Williamsburg Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    6 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    2 qt. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    28 oz. bottle ginger ale
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Dip ice cream with a small scoop and freeze in a jelly roll pan.
    Beat eggs until frothy in a 3-quart bowl.
    Beat in sugar, ginger, cinnamon and cloves until blended.
    Stir in orange and lemon juices.
    Cover and chill if using later.
