Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add onions and green peppers.
    Add next 8 ingredients and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    In baking dish arrange layers of half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, half the meat sauce, and half the Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat layers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
