Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 (No. 2) can small peas or 1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar pimento, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
potato chips (optional)
Preparation

Saute celery, onion and pepper in butter.
Add remaining ingredients, except potato chips.
Bake in casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Can crumble potato chips on top before serving if desired.
