Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 green pepper
    1 onion
    4 shredded carrots
    1 can condensed milk
    3/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain macaroni.
    Chop pepper and onion; shred carrots.
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Set in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
