Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    1 c. hot water
    2 c. sauerkraut
    1 lb. sliced corned beef
    6 slices Swiss cheese (reserve 2 slices for top)
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix croutons with melted butter.
    Add hot water and sauerkraut.
    Stir. Grease large casserole dish.
    Begin layering with crouton mixture, sliced beef and Swiss cheese, ending with croutons on top.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and lay remaining cheese slices on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
    Serve with Thousand Island dressing or mustard.
