Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    5 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat water and margarine to a rolling boil in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake until puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool thoroughly. Slice open and fill with Cream Puff Filling with powdered sugar.
