Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping tsp. chicken base
    1/2 med. onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut up (cauliflower can be used as well)
    1-12 oz. can evaporated milk
    5 c. water
    butter
    velveeta cheese (amount as preferred)
    1/4 c. flour (approximately)
Preparation
    Add chicken base, celery, onion and carrots to 4 cups water. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add 1 cup water and broccoli and simmer another 5 minutes.
