Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices white bread
1 lb. ground sausage
5 eggs
3 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. whole pepper
2 c. shredded cheese
2 c. shredded milk cheese
Preparation

Remove crust from bread. Cut into squares. Brown sausage and drain. Arrange half of bread in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 8 1/2 casserole dish. Top with cheese, sausage and remaining bread. Dissolve mustard in a little of milk. Beat eggs. Add milk, mustard, salt and pepper and pour mixture over layers. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take out of refrigerator. Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until firm. Serve with fresh fruit and sweet muffins.
