Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. green onions
    cream of celery soup
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    1 lb. crawfish tails
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onions, bell pepper and green onions.
    Saute until soft. Add cream of celery soup and tomato sauce; stir. Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes. Add crawfish and simmer another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
