Good Ole Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage, preferably red and white
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 small onion, minced
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    large pinch of sugar
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. celery or caraway seed
Preparation
    Shred the cabbage.
    Mix with carrot and onion.
    Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to the vegetables and mix well.
    Let sit in the refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    Just before serving, add caraway seed.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
