Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 loaf bread
1 lb. sausage, cooked
1 box Betty Crocker hash browns (hydrated), or sliced uncooked potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 to 6 eggs
milk
Preparation

Spray baking dish; line bottom with bread.
Layer potatoes, sausage and cheese.
Mix eggs and milk and pour over ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
You need enough milk and eggs to just cover the cheese.
I always use 2 more eggs when I use a 13 x 9-inch pan.
