The Best Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 qt. milk
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine rice, milk and salt.
    Boil unti rice is tender. Combine sugar and eggs, add to hot mixture slowly.
    Combine evaporated milk and vanilla, add to mixture.
    Cover over medium heat until thick, stirring frequently.
