Apple Pie(Sugar Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, cored and sliced apples
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    2 (9-inch) pie shells (use one for top crust)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, stir together fruit, cinnamon, tapioca, oil, and apple juice concentrate; allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes.
    Pour mixture into pie shell then use the other pie shell for top crust.
    Bake 1 hour or until crust is golden.
    Remove pie from oven and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve warm or cold.
