Fish Baked Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Boneless fish fillets-enough to feed your crew.
    Rice-uncooked
    Seasonings
Preparation
    In 9x13 baking pan (spray with Pam) put rice (anywhere from 1 cup to 4 cups).
    Put in water at twice the amount of rice.
    Spread out rice after pouring the water in. Lay the fish on top. Put a few pats of butter around on it and season with your favorite flavors or just a little salt and pepper.
    Wrap the top of the pan tight with foil.
    Put the pan on a cookie sheet and put in the oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 F.
    for about an hour, more or less, depending on how much rice.
