Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    5 Tbsp. water (cold)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour and salt; mix.
    Add water and vinegar. Add egg.
    Add to flour mixture (may not take off the liquid if its a wet day).
    Stir only enough to form into a ball.
    Divide into 3 balls.
    Chill overnight.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
    Makes 3 pie crusts.
    This dough may be frozen and used as needed.
