Garlic And Tomato Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. rosemary leaves, crumbled
    1 1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, diced (with juice)
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/4 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    cornstarch
Preparation
    In skillet, saute in oil the garlic and spices for about 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken.
    Bring this to a boil, then cover and turn down heat to simmer for 50 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch and water, if
    desired.
