Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 lb. lard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    cold water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, lard and salt.
    Beat egg in measuring cup. Work mixture very hard.
    Vinegar keeps it from becoming hard. Makes 8 crusts.
    Divide and separate with waxed paper.
    Freezes very well.
