Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. white sugar
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
4 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Preparation

Blend together first 7 ingredients.
Add, by hand, the apples and nuts.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 until done.
Can be iced and cut into bars.
