Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes
1 egg, beaten
2 1/2 tsp. flour
1 onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. milk
Preparation

Peel and grate onion and potatoes.
Let stand for 10 minutes and remove liquid.
Mix egg, flour, salt, pepper, baking powder and milk together and pour in with the onion and potatoes.
Drop desired amount into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
