Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Can use 1 cup lemon juice instead of coconut.
Lightly grease 9 1/4-inch or 10 1/2-inch pan.
Put all ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
