Melting Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter, add sugar and whip with a mixer.
    Mix flour and cornstarch together and add to butter mixture.
    Drop from spoon and press with a fork lightly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Watch closely, about 8 to 10 minutes, depending on your oven.
