Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
small jar pimientos, drained
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper, green or red
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cracked pepper
pinch of crushed red pepper
2 c. crushed pecans
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add garlic cheese and blend well.
Fold in remaining ingredients, expect the pecans.
Shape into two even balls.
Roll each ball in the crushed pecans.
Serve with vegetable crackers.
