Eggplant Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small eggplants
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. pork sausage
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    6 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash eggplants; drain.
    Cook meat until done and drain.
    Next saute onions and bell pepper and drain.
    Combine all ingredients and put in 2 (9 x 13-inch) casserole dishes.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven and heat thoroughly.
