Green Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. box instant rice
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    Cut cheese into 1-inch cubes.
    Cook broccoli several minutes.
    Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir until mixed.
    Pour into a 2-quart greased baking dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
