Vegetarian Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    13 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    seasonings
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a large skillet.
    Crack an egg (unbeaten) into the melted butter.
    With a fork, immediately begin to scramble the egg.
    Stir constantly until the egg is cooked and is in very tiny pieces.
    Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of flour on the mixture; stir. Let the mixture bubble for about 10 seconds, but do not brown or burn.
