Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    oatmeal
    1 pkg. onion gravy mix
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and shape into patties.
    Brown on each side. Place in Pyrex dish and cover with prepared gravy.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
