Mom'S Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 well beaten egg
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Crush an additional 1/2 cup cracker crumbs along with 1 tablespoon melted butter to spread over the top.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
