Crown Of Gold Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans solid white tuna
    2 small jars pimiento (optional)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. cooked rice
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 pkg. shredded Cheddar
    sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    3 to 5 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients with 2 packages of cheese.
    Put in greased pan.
    Beat egg whites and fold in 1 package of cheese. Spoon on top and spread.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve about 8.
