Cloud Nine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save 1/4 c. syrup
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    13 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut up
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and pineapple syrup.
    Add drained pineapple and other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
